Control of knitted raw fabric
After the yarn has passed all the stages of testing and has been used for knitting, the knitted raw fabric is checked. Checking for knitting defects: First, we carefully check for visible defects, such as: • Knitting defects (distortions, missing loops). • Stains or dirt. • Unevenness on the surface of the fabric. • Checking for "empty" areas where the knitting was not done properly. • Checking for random knots or defects in the yarn that could have appeared during the knitting process. Checking the density and uniformity: • We measure the density of the fabric - it must meet the specified standards for thickness and knitting density. • Uniformity of structure and density - significant deviations from the norms are not allowed. Evaluation of the fabric and a grade stamp for dyeing • After careful control of the knitted raw fabric, it is assessed and assigned a certain grade depending on the quality. It is important that only the highest quality canvases are used at the painting stage and that defects are avoided during finishing and a quality product is obtained.
