Fabric Quality Control

Production

Final control of the finished fabric

Checking for defects

First of all, the fabric is carefully inspected for visible defects - stains, tears, dirt or color changes. All fabric is checked for integrity to ensure there is no damage that could affect its appearance or functionality.

Checking the density and texture of the fabric

• Uniformity of density: The uniformity of the fabric density is checked. This is important to ensure that the fabric retains its characteristics and meets customer requirements.

Checking the coloring

• Uniformity of coloring: After dyeing, the fabric is checked for uniformity of color distribution. It is important that the color is applied without streaks and spots, which indicates a high quality of the dyeing process. • Color fastness: Color fastness tests are carried out to ensure the durability of the fabric color when exposed to external factors such as light, moisture and friction.

Mechanical characteristics of the fabric

• Tear strength: The fabric is tested for strength and resistance to mechanical stress. This is an important indicator that affects the durability of the fabric during use. • Wear resistance: The resistance of the fabric to wear and tear and mechanical damage is assessed to ensure that it will serve for a long time and reliably under intensive use.

Fabric shrinkage and shape testing

• Shrinkage testing: We conduct fabric shrinkage tests to eliminate possible changes in its dimensions after washing or use. • Shape stability: The fabric should retain its shape and structure, and not deform with further use.
